Power Press Workout
This training course will be a 10 week workout program with 3 phases.
- Start Up Phase – 4 day workout for 3 weeks
- REV UP Phase – 5 day workout for 3 weeks
- EXPLOSION PHASE – 5 day workout for 4 weeks
For this workout program, you will need to have ‘THE POWER PRESS’ workout system.
You will also need the proper supplementation if you want to actually grow your muscles. These are the supplements you will need: Protein, creatine, and BCAA (Branch Chained Amino Acids).
